We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Master Card, Discover & American Express

Domestic Shipping

Most orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail and include tracking. USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground could be used, depending on shipping requirements.

Orders usually shipped same or next business day, please allow three to seven days for your order to arrive in the mail (USPS does not guarantee delivery with the specified time). If you have any special/urgent requests, please contact us and we will do our best to honor them.

Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. Please allow for additional processing time in the event of holidays, natural disasters, sales, or special events.

We have two locations for our distribution warehouse – Portland, Oregon and Jim Thorpe, Pennsylvania. Depending on your location we will ship from the closest warehouse, pending items availability. Depending on shipping location, some items may be shipped in separate packages at no extra cost to you.

If there is any complication with fulfilling your order, you will be notified during our processing period.

Returns

Our 100% satisfaction guarantee means that each item you purchase at ZUMWax.com meets your high standards or you can return it within 14 days for a replacement or refund. You can count on everything we sell to perform as stated. ZUMWax.com offers quality products and stands by them.

Shipping charges are not reimbursed for returns of items ordered in error (including orders delivered to un-deliverable addresses that are provided by the buyer). However, we understand that mistakes happen and we would be happy to help you obtain the products that you need. If you ordered items in error, contact us at ZUMWax@gmail.com & explain your error. We will work to devise a solution to your satisfaction.

We will reimburse you for shipping costs associated with returns of products that were damaged in transport to you, or for products received as defective.

Typographical Errors
In the event that a ZUMWax Inc product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, ZUMWax Inc reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, ZUMWax Inc shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
